Fastpitch Finishes With A Big Win

RAL finished their last home fastpitch game of the season in style 10-0, placing them first in league.

RAL started off strong and never slowed down. In the fifth inning they scored five runs to get a 9-0 lead against Hockinson. They added one more run in the bottom of the sixth, ten running Hockinson for the win.

Baily Harris showed off her talent for the last time here at RAL by pitching eighteen outs, 16 of them strikeouts.

Kaylie Dobbins was 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs along with Sadie Peterson who was 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs.

Kiana Mawae scored two runs. Kailiah Mrcgrill and Christina Driscoll both had an RBI as well.

“We played really well together and this win gave us a good spot for districts” said Miranda Wilson 11.

RAL goes on to district playoffs at Fort Borst Park in Centralia against the number four team from the Evergreen conference on May 21^st.
